2 More Arrested In Connection With Fatal Party Bus Shooting
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Two women were arrested in connection with the shooting death of a party bus rider in March.
Our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette report that 19-year-old Clarrissa Clark and 29-year-old Summer Kerley are awaiting extradition from Ohio, where they were arrested by U.S. Marshals last night.
Steven Lee Jr. of McKees Rocks was fatally shot March 30 when he was riding a party bus through Sheraden at 3:30 a.m.
Police said 21-year-old was killed after about 60 rounds were fired.
Police also said the two women called 21-year-old James Lawrence and another person to "come over here and smoke these people" after getting into a fight with other party bus riders, according to the newspaper.
Lawrence was arrested earlier this month for his involvement with Lee's death, in addition to the February shooting death of 28-year-old Tiona Jackson—a mother of six – in Beltzhoover.
Lawrence was charged with two counts of criminal homicide.
Both Clark and Kerley are wanted on charges of terroristic threats, felony criminal solicitation and conspiracy in a homicide, the Post-Gazette reports.
Kerly is additionally charged with felony aggravated assault.
