2 Major Drug Busts Just Hours Apart
WASHINGTON COUNTY (KDKA) – Police in Washington County made two major drug busts just hours apart.
Drug task force officers arrested Christopher Byrd, 30, in Donora late Thursday night.
Officers say they raided a home at 1321 Gilmore Avenue and found 54-bricks of heroin, a semi-auto 9mm pistol, and approximately 64-hundred dollars in cash.
Police say the drugs have a street value of 16-thousand dollars.
In Hanover Township, the drug task force arrested Jebidia Keiser Jr. at a home on North Kings Creek Road.
Officers say they found several marijuana plants, oxycodone, hydrocodone, and other prescription pills.
They also found a .45 caliber pistol.
Both Byrd and Keiser were taken to the Washington County Jail.
