2 Killed In New Kensington Motorcycle Accident
NEW KENSINGTON (KDKA) -- Police are investigating after two people were killed in a Westmoreland County motorcycle accident Friday night.
According to police, the accident happened just before 8:30 p.m. near the intersection Carl Avenue and Tarentum Bridge Road in New Kensington.
A motorcycle being driven by James Stimmel, 41, of Lower Burrell, collided with a car. Stimmel was taken to Allegheny Valley Hospital, where he later died in the emergency room.
A passenger on the motorcycle, Victoria Willman, 42, of Bethel Park, also died in the emergency room at Allegheny Valley Hospital.
The driver of the car was not seriously injured in the accident.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
