2 Injured In Separate Overnight Shootings
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Two people were injured in separate overnight shootings, one on Pittsburgh's North Side and the other in Homestead.
On the North Side, officials say the victim suffered a gunshot wound to the leg.
The shooting happened just after midnight at Rhine Street and South Side Avenue in the Spring Hill neighborhood.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Around the same time, emergency officials say gunfire was reported on Amity Street in Homestead.
A short time later, officials say one person showed up at Mercy Hospital with a gunshot wound.
There's no word on either victim's condition or whether there have been any arrests.
