2 Dead After Shooting In Fayette County
REDSTONE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- Authorities continue to investigate following a deadly double shooting in Fayette County.
The shooting happened at a home near the intersection of Second Street and Pine Street in Filbert, which is a community in Redstone Township.
Emergency dispatchers received a call about shots fired at about 2:50 p.m. Wednesday.
State police identified the men as 56-year-old Michael Monestersky and 54-year-old Kenneth Moody.
KDKA's Ralph Iannotti reports reports:
Police sources tell KDKA-TV the two men were drinking inside the home on Second Street.
Sources say they got into an argument and one man pulled out a gun and shot the other one to death.
"This had to have been a very tragic accident," said Stephanie Datsko, a neighbor. "They were friends; they were both great people. They were both wonderful people."
KDKA-TV has learned the victim's 19-year-old son heard about the shooting.
Sources say he came to the home and chased down the man who shot and killed his father.

Sources say the son then gunned down his father's killer in the yard of the home.
State Police have the 19-year-old son in custody.
