2 Arrested In Beaver Falls Armed Robbery
BEAVER FALLS (KDKA) – Two men were arrested in connection with an armed robbery in Beaver County Saturday morning.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the incident happened at Video Hobby Land in the 7200-block of Big Beaver Boulevard in Beaver Falls around 12:45 a.m.
David Brickley, 49, of Cranberry Township, allegedly entered the store, pointed a gun at the cashier and demanded money.
He fled on foot and a witness observed him getting into a waiting vehicle on State Route 18, which began traveling south.
A description of the vehicle and the suspect was broadcast over police radio.
The vehicle was located at a McDonald's on 7th Avenue in Beaver Falls by Beaver Falls Police.
Brickley was identified by the witness and was taken into custody.
Christopher Freed, 29, of Beaver Falls, was also taken into custody at that time.
Both suspects are being lodged in the Beaver County Jail.
