2 Arrested, 2 Injured In Homewood Shooting
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Two men have been arrested after a shooting left two people injured Sunday morning.
According to police, the shooting happened in the 7300-block of Susquehanna Street around 2:15 a.m.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a 41-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the back and a 35-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the ankle.
Both were taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. The man with the ankle injury was treated and released, while the other victim required surgery.
Police determined the shots were fired from inside a home and the SWAT team was brought in.
Two adult males and five juveniles were found inside the home. The juveniles were released to their guardians, while the two adults were arrested.
The suspects have been identified as 20-year-old Aaron Lyons and 20-year-old Davon Nichols.
Both are being charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, former convict not to own a firearm, and possession of controlled substances.
