10th Street Bypass Reopens, Mon Wharf Still Closed
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- There is some good news and some bad news for commuters today as the high waters on the local rivers are receding after heavy rain and the snow melt earlier this week.
The 10th Street Bypass in downtown Pittsburgh reopened early this morning to drivers.
However, the Mon Wharf parking lot will remain closed as the water continues to go down.
Also, crews will then have to clean up the debris left behind from the flood waters.
Stay with KDKA for the latest details.
