PennDOT Shuts Down 10th Street Bypass Due To Expected Flooding

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The 10th Street Bypass closed Thursday evening due to expected flooding.
PennDOT announced just after 7 p.m. that the roadway was closed in both directions due to flooding.
Drivers should use Fort Duquesne Boulevard to detour around the closure.
The 10th Street Bypass was also closed last weekend because of severe flooding.
