1 Killed In Clarion Co. Crash
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – State Police say alcohol may have been a factor in a fatal accident in Clarion County.
Joshua Bartley, of East Butler, was killed when he lost control of his truck and ran off of the road in Clarion Township.
He was ejected from the vehicle.
His two passengers were hurt, but survived.
State Police say they were wearing seatbelts, but Bartley was not.
