1 Injured In North Side Shooting
NORTH SIDE (KDKA) – One person was injured in an early Monday morning shooting on the North Side.
According to police, the shooting happened on Kennedy Avenue around 1 a.m.
A 19-year-old man was shot in the leg and went to the hospital for treatment. It is unknown if he was able to drive himself to the hospital, or if someone else took him.
Police have spoken with the victim. However, it does not appear that the victim is helping police with their investigation.
A stray bullet struck a home nearby, but no one was injured.
No arrests have been made at this time.
