LIGONIER (KDKA) – A man from Texas is in police custody accused in a deadly shooting at a restaurant in Westmoreland County last night.
According to police, the shooting happened around 6 p.m. at Fat Daddy's Place on Route 30 in Ligonier after an argument over a television channel.
