Belle Vernon Woman Killed In Rostraver Twp. Crash
ROSTRAVER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A Belle Vernon woman was killed in an accident Saturday afternoon in Westmoreland County.
The one-vehicle crash happened just after 2:30 p.m. along Ridge Road in Rostraver Township.
The Rostraver Township Police Department has identified the victim as 34-year-old Jennifer Hora of Belle Vernon. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to police, Hora was headed westbound along Ridge Road in her Chevrolet Cavalier when she failed to negotiate a curve in the road.
The car then hit an embankment and flipped onto its roof, police said
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
