1 Dead, 1 Injured In Somerset Co. Crash
LARIMER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – One person was killed and another was injured in a Saturday afternoon crash in Somerset County.
According to police, the accident happened on State Route 160 in Larimer Township around 2:45 p.m.
A 2002 Mercury Sable being driven by William Mayhew, 63, of Somerset, slowed down and stopped to make a left turn onto McKenzie Hollow Road.
A 2003 Dodge Stratus was unable to stop and rear-ended Mayhew's vehicle.
Mayhew was killed in the crash, while 62-year-old Cruz Mayhew was injured.
The driver of the Stratus was not hurt in the crash.
