World's Sexiest Women

Actress Megan Fox is the sexiest woman in the world, according to FHM magazine. The "Transformers" co-star tops FHM's 2008 annual 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll of FHM readers. Fox debuted on the list in 2006 at No. 68 and ranked No. 65 in 2007.

Actress Jessica Biel, pictured here at the British Academy Film Awards in February 2008, is No. 2 on the list. The "7th Heaven" star has turned up at the top of a lot of lists in recent years, including Esquire magazine's 2005 "Sexiest Woman Alive."

Jessica Alba has dropped from No. 1 to No. 3 on the list. The actress, who turns 27 on April 28, is expecting her first child later this spring, with fiance Cash Warren.

Elisha Cuthbert, who was Paris Hilton's co-star in "House of Wax, is No. 4 on the list. The Canadian-born actress, who once was a foot model, also starred as Kimberly Bauer on Fox's "24."

Scarlett Johansson, seen here at the premiere of her movie "Match Point," is No. 5 on the list. The actress, who gained fame in 2003's "Lost In Translation," has made several movies with Woody Allen.

Emmanuelle Chriqui, who is No. 6 on the list, plays Sloan on the HBO hit series "Entourage." The Montreal-born daughter of Moroccan emigres, Chriqui has appeared with Usher in the 2005 movie "In the Mix." Her latest movie, "August," is due out this summer.

Singer and actress Hilary Duff is No. 7 on the list. The "Material Girls" star gained fame as the title character in the Disney TV show - and later a movie - "Lizzie McGuire." She has four albums out and is the sister of actress Haylie Duff.

No. 8 on the list, Tricia Helfer, center, is photographed with Edward James Olmos, and Katee Sackhoff at the 7th Annual AFI Awards luncheon at the Four Seasons Hotel Jan. 12, 2007, in Los Angeles. The "Battlestar Galactica" actress is a former model and another Canadian transplant.

This "Gossip Girl" is No. 9 on the list. Blake Lively's first acting job was as Bridget in 2005's "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants," a role she is reprising in this summer's sequel.

Kate Beckinsale, the Oxford-educated British actress, rounds out the list's top 10. The daughter of two actors, Beckinsale played Ava Gardner in the 2005 movie "The Aviator." Her last movie was "Snow Angels."

Actress Angelina Jolie, partner of actor Brad Pitt, remains in the top 20 at No. 12. The Oscar-winning actress and pregnant mother of four stars in Clint Eastwood's "Changeling" which will debut at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival.

The Barbados-born singer Rihanna also is in the top 20, coming in at No. 14. The Grammy winner and former beauty queen performs in the current box-office hit "Prom Night."

Also in the top 20 at No. 17 is former Paris Hilton BFF Kim Kardashian. Daughter of attorney Robert Kardashian and stepdaughter of Olympian Bruce Jenner, Kardashian had a role in Hilton's TV show "The Simple Life" and plays herself on the reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians." She is much higher on the list that Hilton, who is No. 77.

Britney Spears came in last place at No. 100, not surprising considering her recent bizarre behavior, frequent rehabs and hospitalizations and failed comeback. Also on the list were Heidi Montag (No. 44), Audrina Patridge (No. 80) and Lauren Conrad (No. 95), Shannon Elizabeth (No. 46) and "Dancing with the Stars" professionals Cheryl Burke (No. 40) and Karina Smirnoff (No. 78).
