Amber Hilberling, 21, of Tulsa, Okla., was found guilty of second-degree murder on March 18, 2013. Prosecutors say she intentionally pushed her husband, Joshua Hilberling, out the window of their 25th floor apartment in June 2011, CBS affiliate KOTV reports. Hilberling was 19 and pregnant at the time of her newlywed husband's death. Amber maintains she pushed her 23-year-old husband, who was an Air Force vet, in self-defense and didn't intend for him to fall through the window. Amber and her defense team argued the glass in the apartment window was dangerously thin. She will be sentenced on April 23, 2013. A jury recommended a sentence of 25 years, but she could face up to life in prison. According to KOTV, Amber is planning to appeal her conviction.
