Team USA parades NYC's "Canyon of Heroes"
Screams and a blizzard of confetti cheered the World Cup winning U.S. women's soccer players as they rolled up New York City's 'Canyon of Heroes' on Friday, July 10, 2015 in the first ticker-tape parade honoring a women's sports team.
The team defeated Japan by a score of 5-2 in the final of World Cup competition on July 5, 2015 to earn a third title, the most for any country in women's World Cup history.
