Tribute for victims of Paris attacks
People attend the "national and republican" tribute, a solemn ceremony in honor of the victims of the Nov. 13 Paris attacks on Nov. 27, 2015 at Les Invalides in Paris. Families of those killed in France's worst-ever terror attack joined some of the wounded at Les Invalides, otherwise known as Hôtel des Invalides, the gilded 17th-century complex in central Paris that houses a military hospital and museum and Napoleon's tomb. They were joined by France's political leaders and members of the emergency services on duty throughout the night of Nov. 13, exactly two weeks ago.
On a giant screen in the courtyard, the photos of the 130 killed scrolled by -- photos taken in happier times: smiling faces, posing by the Eiffel Tower, or on a night out with friends. All stood as the names of those who died were read out.
