Max Factor cosmetics heir and fugitive rapist Andrew Luster, shown in an undated Ventura County Sheriff's Department booking photo, was captured in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on June 18, 2003. Luster skipped bail in California shortly before he was convicted and sentenced in absentia to 124 years for multiple counts of rape, poisoning and drug possession.
Tonja, who did not want her last name used, met Luster in 1996 and lived with him for four months. She says that on the night they met he got her to try the drug GHB, after which she passed out. When she went to the police following his arrest years later, they showed her tapes prosecutors say show her being raped by Luster while she was passed out on his bed.
