William Dean Brown got started making chocolates after watching a Food Network program -- and decided to take classes during his time off from work. After specialty food store Dean & Deluca started carrying his creations, he quit his job to focus on his collection of colorfully painted chocolates, with flavors like Mexican Mango and Espresso, made with dark chocolate.
