Occupation: Restaurant Owner
Why she was fired: Each group had to use a blimp to promote Sam's Club memberships. Summer was asked by the project manager to call restaurants in order to get them in the store, but she made only one call. She was the first candidate to be FIRED.
Occupation: Criminal Defense Attorney
Why she was fired: The teams were asked to promote a Gillette razor, and Stacy was in charge of choosing the location of Synergy's promotions. Trump said Stacy's location choice was all wrong. She was FIRED along with one other team member (see next photo).
Occupation: Attorney
Why he was fired: After Trump handed Stacy her pink slip, he told Pepi that as project manager, he managed the Gillette promotional task poorly, so he, too, was FIRED.
Occupation: Psychotherapist
Why she was fired: The task: Organize a corporate retreat for some top execs at General Motors. Theresa's plans disintegrated and the event was haphazard. After Trump blamed Theresa's lack of leadership for Gold Rush's failure, she was FIRED.
Occupation: Attorney
Why he was fired: Each team had to design a billboard for a new cereal. Brent kept getting in the way of Synergy's work by proposing ideas that no one paid attention to. After his team lost, Trump pointed out that no one really wanted Brent there. Trump said, "Brent, You're FIRED."
Occupation: Clothing Company Owner
Why he was fired: The assignment: Create a commercial promoting a Norwegian cruise. From the start, Dan, Gold Rush's project manager, barked out orders to his team. Trump FIRED Dan for a poorly executed task and for not bringing Lenny in the boardroom, since his idea doomed their commercial.
Occupation: Home Builder
Why he was fired: The teams needed to create a jingle for Arby's. Gold Rush's fell flat, while Synergy's was a hit. Bryce brought Lee and Lenny to the boardroom even though they weren't responsible for the music or the lyrics. Trump thought that was a "terrible" decision and FIRED Bryce.
Occupation:Trading Company Owner
Why he was fired: Teams had to renovate an old recreation room for use by a charity. As project manager, Lenny made bad decisions and showed poor leadership and communication skills. There was no final boardroom meeting because Trump knew that Lenny should be FIRED.
Occupation: Realtor
Why she was fired: The teams had to create a promotional campaign for the P'EatZZa, a new 7-11 sandwich, and sell the most in-store. Synergy, which sold the sandwich for much less than Gold Rush, won the task with a 997% increase in sales. Gold Rush PM Leslie was FIRED because she set the price at $7.99.
Occupation: Sticker Company Owner
Why she was fired: The teams had to create a tourist program for Ellis Island. Allie gave "graphics specialist" Andrea the job of designing a brochure for Synergy. Trump said Andrea was the reason they lost. "You destroy the chemistry of this team," he said before he FIRED her.

Why she was fired: Each team was asked throw a grand opening event at Hair Cuttery. Gold Rush, with Charmaine at the helm, made the least amount of money on the task. Citing poor leadership and bad decisions, Trump FIRED Charmaine and one other person ...

Why he was fired: In the boardroom, both Charmaine and Michael told Trump that Tarek was hard to manage throughout the Hair Cuttery task. So Trump FIRED him as well.
Occupation: Management Consultant
Why he was fired: The teams had to throw profitable tailgate parties for Outback Steakhouse. Gold Rush lost as Lee set prices too low and Michael offered Synergy some of the cheerleaders they had enlisted, an idea that got Michael FIRED.
Occupation: Wealth Manager
Why she was fired: The challenge: creating an interactive display for the X-Box 360. Microsoft execs didn't love Synergy PM Tammy's red carpet idea, Gold Rush won, and Tammy -- scolded for not having control of her team - was FIRED. Why he was fired: Lee's lack of experience shone through when he was responsible for orchestrating a celebrity hockey game for his final task. Lee overlooked several important details and made a few bad decisions, so Trump FIRED Lee and hired Sean.
