The Amazing Race 13

Background: This brother/sister team say they will stop at nothing to win the Race. Both are extremely driven and competitive, especially with one another. Nick, an actor, says his sis, a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, leaps into a situation without thinking about the repercussions, while he thinks everything through first.

Eliminated: Stage 11

Background: The ex-NFL star and the business owner & CEO have been separated for nine months and living on different coasts. They say they are still in love and eager to reconnect on the Race.

Eliminated: Stage 11

Background: Some of the other teams call these fraternity brothers who met at Arizona State University "Team Superbad." These two say they can talk their way in or out of anything by cracking jokes and keeping the mood light.

Eliminated: Stage 10

Background The single mom and her college student son are looking to share some quality family time. With Dallas's constant flirting and sarcasm and Toni's laughter and personality, they are sure to be one of the most entertaining teams on the Race.

Eliminated: Stage 8

Background: Sarah, a financial analyst, claims that the biggest difference between the two is that she is lower maintenance and Terence, a running coach, is more emotional. The New Yorkers hope that being well-traveled, physically fit, and highly competitive will help them win the $1 million.

Eliminated: Stage 7

Background: The former college cheerleaders from Texas are physically fit and are up for the challenges the Race will bring. They have supported one another through good times and bad, have worked together at the same company, have both remodeled homes and have tackled life together for the last 10 years.

Eliminated: Stage 5

Background: The aspiring actress and the banker met four years ago, and have been dating for nine months living in different states. They feel that the Race will help them determine if they can truly handle living together on a daily basis.

Eliminated: Stage 4

Background: The Southern belles -- a student and a graphic designer -- from Columbia, S.C., say they are up for any challenge and are determined to win. If they have to do a little flirting along the way, they're not opposed to that either -- whatever it takes to cross the finish line in first place.

Eliminated: Stage 3

Background: These comic book aficionados from San Diego are determined to be the most strategic team ever to compete in the Race. (They've been auditioning since season 3!) Mark says he's outgoing, funny, smart and isn't afraid of adventure. Bill says he's the opposite -- cautious, easygoing and goofy, yet competitive.

Eliminated: Stage 2

Background: This competitive couple -- a mortgage broker and a financial salewoman -- are eager to Race around the world and put their relationship to the test and ultimately prove to everyone -- including themselves -- that they do belong together.

Eliminated: Stage 1

Background: This energetic couple is open hearted and free spirited. Among the self-described hippies' mottos: "Don't worry, be hippie" and "The hokey pokey is what it's all about." Before the race, they worked out in hopes of keeping up with the other teams.
