Teen girl found dead at Calif. park

The naked body of Genelle Conway-Allen, 13, was found on Feb. 1, 2013 near a park in Fairfield, Calif. The teen was reported missing the night before by her foster home guardian. Investigators released a video image that captured Genelle minutes before she disappeared. She was last seen wearing a gray sweater, blue jean-style leggings and a pink backpack.
