Steubenville Rape Trial
An Ohio juvenile court judge found two teens guilty of raping a 16-year-old girl during a night of partying last August. Ma'Lik Richmond, 16, and Trent Mays, 17, had been charged with digitally penetrating the girl twice on the night of August 11, 2012. Witnesses said the girl was so drunk she threw up at least twice and had trouble walking and speaking. Richmond and Mays were found delinquent on March 17, 2013 which is the juvenile equivalent of being found guilty. They now face incarceration in a juvenile facility until age 21.
