Sleepy states: 15 most fatigued
Is snoozing at your desk a daily occurrence? Where you live might be to blame. A new study from researchers at University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine analyzed nationwide data of self-reported sleep satisfaction to put sleeplessness on the map - literally. The study, published in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine, found that when it comes to sleep disturbances and daytime fatigue, rates vary widely across the nation. Kicking off the list of 15 sleepiest states is Michigan. Of the adults surveyed, 22.18 percent reported daytime fatigue.
