Cincinnati shooting
Former University of Cincinnati Police Officer Ray Tensing appears at Hamilton County Courthouse July 30, 2015 for his arraignment for the July 19 shooting death of motorist Samuel DuBose, 43, in Cincinnati.
DuBose was stopped July 19, 2015 for a missing front license plate. Tensing claimed that he'd been forced to use his weapon after almost being run over.
Tensing turned himself July 29, 2015 after charges were filed and was fired from his job. He pleaded not guilty to charges of murder and involuntary manslaughter at his arraignment and his bond was set at $1 million by Common Please Judge Megan Shanahan.

Hamilton County sheriff's spokesman Michael Robison says 25-year-old Tensing turned himself in at the county justice center later that afternoon.
