8th Republican debate
The Republican candidates meet for a final debate February 6, 2016 in Manchester, New Hampshire, ahead of the New Hampshire primary February 9.

When asked to define his views of conservatism, Trump said "We want to conserve our money, conserve our wealth... we want to conserve our country. We want to save our country."

Bush criticized President Obama stating that closing Guantanamo was a "complete disaster."
Ben Carson
Ben Carson began one response, "I'm not here just to add beauty to the stage."
He called Hillary Clinton a "deceitful individual."

Ted Cruz
Ted Cruz defined waterboarding as a form of "enhanced interrogation" not torture.
Donald Trump said, "I'd bring back waterboarding. I'd bring a helluva lot worse."

Donald Trump said, "You have to get everyone in the room and you have to get them to agree, and you have to get them to agree to what you want...you can't go to Hawaii and play golf for three weeks."
Among his tactics for working with Congress: "Grab 'em, hug 'em, kiss 'em and get the deal done."

Marco Rubio
Marco Rubio said conservatism was about three things: limited government, free enterprise and a strong national defense.
Rubio added, "Free enterprise is the greatest economic model in the history of the world."
