Phuong Le Found Dead

Bichphuong "Phuong" Le was last seen at a Barnes and Nobles bookstore in Fairfield, Calif. bookstore around 8 p.m. on April 25, 2010. The next day, a family member found her car in the parking lot with her cell phone and backpack in the trunk.

Le disappeared just days shy of her 25th birthday. On May 7, 2010, two weeks after her disappearance, Le's body was found in a rural part of Napa County near Lake Berryessa by a woman walking her dog.

Officials used fingerprints to positively identify the missing nurse. She had been killed, authorities said, but they didn't specify how. No suspects have been identified, but the investigation is progressing, according to officials.

Hundreds turned out for a candlelight vigil on May 7, 2010 at Solano Community College, where she'd been a student. The 24-year-old nursing student had finished her studies in Dec. 2009.
