An unidentified passenger is rescued from a Peruvian airliner that crashed near a jungle town carrying 100 people as it was attempting an emergency landing, killing at least 41 people and injuring dozens of others, in Pucallpa, Peru, Aug. 23, 2005. The TANS Peru plane, aBoeing 737 crashed about 6 miles from the municipal airport near the jungle city, 490 kilometers northeast of the capital Lima.
