"Islands in the Stream"
Country singers Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers rehearse a song for their appearance on the TV show "Live... And in Person" in Los Angeles, California, on Sept. 27, 1983, the same year the two released "Islands in the Stream."
"Girl from the North Country"
Johnny Cash sang with Bob Dylan on Dylan's 1969 version of "Girl from the North Country," which kicks off Dylan's album, "Nashville Skyline."
"Hunger Strike"
Temple of the Dog was seen as a grunge supergroup featuring Chris Cornell of Soundgarden and Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam. Both bands were on a grunge-fueled upswing in popularity in 1991 when the song "Hunger Strike" gained traction. The recording predates the formation of Pearl Jam, when several of the members were in a band called Mother Love Bone, but only rose to fame after Pearl Jam and Soundgarden became popular.

"You're the One That I Want"
Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta sang "You're the One That I Want" for the 1978 film "Grease."
"Somethin' Stupid"
Frank Sinatra shows his affection for a special guest, his daughter Nancy Sinatra, on the show, "Frank Sinatra: A man and His Music" in 1967, the same year the two released "Somethin' Stupid."
"Ain't No Mountain High Enough"
Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell recorded "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" in April 1967 on the Motown subsidiary Tamla Records.
"Endless Love"
The movie flopped but "Endless Love" proved to be a huge hit for Lionel Richie and Diana Ross in 1981.
"Fairytale of New York"
It took two years of attempts for the Pogues to record "A Fairytale of New York" with Kristy McCool, the wife of their producer, Steve Lillywhite. The song had a moderate level of success when it was released in late 1987, but has become one of the most popular Christmas rock songs.
"No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)"
Donna Summer and Barbara Streisand's "No More Tears" was released on albums by both singers in 1979. They never performed the song together live.
"Under Pressure"
"Under Pressure," the 1981 hit by David Bowie and Queen, was recorded in Switzerland and performed by Queen through the rest of the time singer, Freddie Mercury, performed with the band. Because both artists were touring at the time, the video features neither.
