NFL Star's Hidden Life

Sahel Kazemi, the woman who was found dead with former NFL star Steve McNair, seen here in a Facebook photo. Police say the gun found at the scene was bought by Kazemi less than two days before the two were shot to death.

Kazemi was found with one gunshot wound to the side of her head.

While police have classified McNair's death as a homicide, and Kazemi's a suicide.

According to members of Kazemi's family, the pair had a serious relationship.

McNair was a former NFL Most Valuable Player who led the Tennessee Titans to Super Bowl XXXIV.

Police have now determined Kazemi murdered McNair in a jealous rage.

Authorities remove a body from the condo where Steve McNair and Sahel Kazemi were found dead.

Fans leave flowers outside of McNair's restaurant in Nashville. McNair was renowned for his community service efforts.
