'Lil Bit
The baby giant panda at the San Diego Zoo was given a name on Nov. 10, 2005. It's Su Lin, which means "a little bit of something very cute" in Chinese. The zoo followed Chinese tradition by waiting 100 days after the cub's Aug. 2, 2005 birth to name her. More than 70,000 people voted online to choose the name.
