Miss Universe 2006 Zuleyka Rivera Mendoza places a diamond-and-pearl-studded crown valued at $250,000 on Japan's Riyo Mori, the winner at Monday night's pageant in Mexico City. The last time a Japanese contestant won the pageant was in 1959.
