Ty Barnett - Runner-Up
Hometown: Chicago, Ill.Credits: Barnett was named "Up-and-coming Comedian of the Year" in 2002 at the Las Vegas Comedy Festival. He's performed at numerous colleges and comedy clubs, and appeared on several talk shows.

Michele Balan

Roz
Hometown: Newark, N.J.Credits: Roz has performed at colleges and top comedy clubs, and opened for Jamie Foxx, among others. Her TV credits include BET's "Comic View 2005" and Comedy Central's "Premium Blend"
Style: A naturally funny performer whose comedy is "exciting, electrifying and in-your-face."
Eliminated: July 25, 2006 - Roz was the first of the final five to go.
Gabriel Iglesias
Hometown: San DiegoCredits: A Comedy Central special, and guest spots on sitcoms.
Style: Stories with characters and sound effects that bring his personal issues to life.
Eliminated: July 11, 2006 - Gabriel was a favorite to win the competition, but he blew it when he was caught with a Blackberry. It's against house rules to contact the outside world, so producers sent him packing.
Kristin Key
Hometown: Aurora, Mo.Credits: A relative newcomer to the standup scene, Key has performed at several clubs around the country including The Improv, the Funnyfarm and Laff's Comedy Club.
Style: Her fearless style of comedy has earned her the title of "Preacher's Kid Gone Wild."
Eliminated: July 11, 2006 - Kristin competed against Ty and Rebecca in the face-to-face.
Rebecca Corry
Hometown: Kent, Wash.Credits: Corry was a castmember of the Chicago production of "Tony & Tina's Wedding." She has performed on several TV shows including Comedy Central's "Premium Blend."
Style: Corry describes her style as "random thoughts, stories with few segues -- and kicking."

Bill Dwyer
Hometown: Evergreen Park, Ill.Credits: Dwyer had his own half-hour comedy special on Comedy Central and currently hosts GSN's "I've Got A Secret."
Style: Dwyer's style can be described as a hip and sardonic take on marriage, kids and family.
Eliminated: June 27, 2006 - Bill went head-to-head with Joey, Chris and Michele, but got the lowest votes.
Joey Gay
Hometown: Brooklyn, N.Y.Credits: Gay is a regular at New York comedy hotspots and at clubs around the country. As an actor, he's guest starred on several TV shows.
Style: Gay says he mines his laughs from his infamous surname, his colorful childhood in Brooklyn, and his place in the family as the younger brother of five sisters.

Stella
Hometown: Lvov, RussiaCredits: Stella is a regular at on the L.A. comedy scene.
Style: Stella pokes fun at her daughter and husband as well as her "crazy Russian relatives."
Eliminated: June 20, 2006 - Stella admitted that she didn't get along with any of the other comics, so it was no surprise that they voted her in to the head-to-head challenge with April and Michele.
April Macie
Hometown: Easton, Pa.Credits: Performed at various comedy clubs including The Improv, Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, Caroline's and Punchlines.
Style: Says her routine gives "a behind-the-scenes look at women's views on sex."
Eliminated: June 20, 2006 - April did better than Stella but couldn't beat Michele, in the head-to-head challenge.
Chris Porter
Hometown: Kansas City, Kan.Credits: Porter has been a comedian for the past eight years, working the comedy club and college circuits.
Style: Unique observations on life -- often told from a Midwest perspective -- help define Porter's rock 'n' roll style of comedy.
