With New Year's Eve around the corner, many are looking towards improving their health - but for singles over 50, "finding love" trumps a slimmer waistline or a fatter wallet.
According to a survey by OurTime.com, the largest online dating site for singles over 50, nearly 60 percent of single Baby Boomers put "finding love" at the top of their New Year

"Finding companionship" made the list for over 56 percent of respondents, while 33 percent say they want to date more, and nearly 30 percent want to have more sex!

While 33 percent said they would try to "exercise more" in 2012, only 16 percent put it at the top of their list. Getting fit and healthy is tied with more sex as the No. 2 priority over having less stress and saving money.
So, you might as well kill two birds with one stone and get your exercise in the bedroom while strengthening your new relationship as well.

Start saying what you want, whether it is emotional or physical, Dr. Gail Saltz suggests. In turn, be open to really listening to what your potential partner wants; the mutual exchange will assure that both parties are fulfilled and getting the most out of the relationship.

4) Be sexy. Don't be afraid to work what you got, whatever your age.
Sure, maybe you want to lose a few pounds or get a new haircut, but don't obsess or try to be something you're not. Be confident being you, and you'll exude the right kind of sexiness attract someone who is equally confident and happy.
