Life in a Syrian refugee camp
More than 2 million Syrians have fled the country's two-and-a-half year conflict. Jordan hosts more than 554,000 refugees.
Mohammed Abdullah was asked by his son, Ahmed Abdullah, on the occasion of the anniversary of the famous Martin Luther King speech "I Have a Dream," to share his dreams; his father replied that his dream is to have a country of our own, a safe country, without humiliation, a country we always wanted and a country our people have paid for in a lot of blood.
Omm Mohammed says that she has a dream to return to Syria very soon, and to see her house and her family who she left behind in Daraa.
Her daughter, who declined to use her name, says that she has a dream to see her house and her friends again.
Afrah says that her dream is to go back to her house with her family and to find her toys that she left behind when she fled to Jordan.
