Kylie Minogue

Australian actress and singer Kylie Minogue arrives at the Elle Style Awards in London, Feb. 15, 2005, where she was given a Lifetime achievement award.

Minogue began as an actor on the long-running Australian soap opera "Neighbours" before launching her singing career with the hit 1988 remake of "Loco-Motion." Her fame soared after her critically acclaimed 2001 album "Fever," which reached number one in charts around the world and featured the single "Can't Get You Out of My Head." In May 2005, the 36-year-old disclosed she was battling early-stage breast cancer.
