Kidnap-slaying suspect kills himself, missing girls found alive

The search for Adam Mayes, the 35-year-old family friend accused of killing a Tennessee mother and her oldest daughter, and kidnapping her two other daughters, ended May 10 when Mayes allegedly killed himself after being surrounded by police.
The bodies of Jo Ann Bain and her oldest daughter Adrienne were found in north Mississippi. Twelve-year-old Alexandria Bain and 8-year-old Kyliyah Bain were recovered alive after Mayes' suicide.
