Johnson proposed to Simpson with a three-stone Neil Lane ring in November 2010. They began dating in May.

Jessica Simpson shared this undated photo on her Twitter account of a smooch between her and Johnson.

Before her relationship with Eric Johnson, Jessica Simpson dated Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo. The two began dating in November 2007 and split in July 2009. Romo reportedly broke up with her the night before her 29th birthday.

"I love this guy," Simpson told Glamour magazine that year. "Can you feel it?"

Simpson and Mayer began dating in late 2006, and spent New Year's Eve together in New York. They split in May 2007.

In 2010, Mayer spoke to Playboy magazine about his relationship with Simpson, describing her as "sexual napalm." "That girl, for me, is a drug ... That girl is like crack cocaine to me," he said.

But out of all of Simpson's romances, the one she's most known for is her marriage to former 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey. The two wed on Oct. 26, 2002. Simpson filed for divorce in December 2005, citing irreconcilable differences, and the divorce was finalized in June 2006.
