Sgt. Brent Burke's defense makes its opening statement in his court martial. The JAG trial is the fifth trial for the military policeman charged in the Sept. 2007 murder of his wife, Tracy, and her ex-husband's mother, Karen Comer. Four civilian trials ended without a verdict.
