Texas begins recovery from Harvey's catastrophic damage
Hurricane Harvey struck the Gulf Coast of Texas on Aug. 26., leaving thousands displaced by the storm due to torrential rain and flooding. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott estimated that Harvey caused up to $180 billion in damage. The storm killed at least 63 people, CBS News has confirmed.
