The Deal
Dino Guglielmelli took the deal and pleaded guilty to attempted murder in the second degree. He was sentenced to nine years prison. If he went to trial, he would have risked life in prison. Guglielmelli began serving his time in a state prison in Corcoran, California. He will be eligible for parole in 2021.
