"Raiders of the Lost Ark"

Ford's childhood experience in the Boy Scouts led he and Spielberg to jokingly reverse Ford's knowledge of reptiles into Jones's fear of snakes.

"Blade Runner"
Ford starred as in the futuristic noir thriller "Blade Runner." Set in Los Angeles in the year 2019, Ford's detective must hunt down and terminate rogue androids, called replicants. Years later, director Ridley Scott answered the queries of many fans by stating Ford's character was also a replicant. Ford disagreed.
"Witness"
Ford was nominated for a Best Actor Academy Award was for the 1985 film "Witness," in which he plays a detective trying to protect a child witness to a murder. Being hunted by assassins, Ford hides among the Amish folk -- and falls for the boy's mother.
Hollywood Walk of Fame

"Sexiest Man Alive"
Ford was dubbed 1998's "Sexiest Man Alive" by People Magazine about which he said, "I never feel sexy. I have a distant relationship with the mirror." Ford has also topped the list in the Guinness Book of Records as the richest male actor in 2001.

The actor, who doesn't typically appear in such TV spots, sits on the board of directors of the Washington-based environmental organization.
