GRAMMY nominations 2017: See the artists up for awards
Beyonce led the nominations for the 2017 GRAMMY Awards, with nine nods including three of the four major categories: Album of the Year for “Lemonade” and Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “Formation.”

Adele
Adele picked up five GRAMMY nominations, and three of them were of the four major categories. She’s up against Beyonce for Album of the Year for “25” and Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “Hello.”
Justin Bieber
Justin Bieber is up for four GRAMMYs, including Album of the Year.
Drake
Drake is just behind Beyonce with eight nominations, including Album of the Year. He’s also featured on Rihanna’s Record of the Year nominee, “Work.”
Sturgill Simpson
Singer/songwriter Sturgill Simpson was the wildcard nominee for this year’s Album of the Year. The country musician is known for speaking out against other artists within the genre. He has two nominations this year.
Mike Posner
Mike Posner is up for Song of the Year for “I Took a Pill in Ibiza.”
Lukas Graham
Lukas Graham was nominated for Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “7 Years.”
Kelsea Ballerini
Kelsea Ballerini is up for Best New Artist.
The Chainsmokers
The Chainsmokers, made up of Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart, received three GRAMMY nominations, including Best New Artist.
Chance the Rapper
Chance the Rapper was nominated for a whopping seven GRAMMY awards, including Best New Artist.
Maren Morris
Maren Morris received four GRAMMY nods, including Best New Artist.
Anderson .Paak
Anderson .Paak received two GRAMMY nominations, including Best New Artist.
Twenty One Pilots
Josh Dun and Tyler Joseph of Twenty One Pilots received three GRAMMY nominations, including Record of the Year for “Stressed Out.”
Rihanna
Rihanna received eight nominations, but just one in a major GRAMMY category. She’s up for Record of the Year for “Work,” featuring Drake.
