Exhibit elevates LEGOs to fine art

A creation by New York-based artist Nathan Sawaya made of LEGO bricks is on display during the opening "The Art of the Brick" exhibition at Discovery Times Square in New York, June 13, 2013.

Sawaya's art focuses on large-scale sculptures using only LEGO bricks. The exhibition is scheduled to run June 13, 2013-Jan. 5, 2014.

The exhibition by artist Nathan Sawaya has now traveled to New York City and will be on view until January 2014.
