Wiest made her film debut in the 1980 film "It's My Turn," and went on to star in multiple Woody Allen films, including 1986's "Hannah and Her Sisters," which earned her an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. She earned a second Best Supporting Actress Oscar in Allen's 1994 film "Bullets over Broadway."
