Dachshund dash

More than 50 dachshunds competed in the Hophaus Southgate Inaugural Dachshund Running of the Wieners Race in Melbourne on September 19, 2015 to raise money for Dachshund Rescue Australia.

In this photo, Cooper, dressed as a race car driver chases a competitor in the wieners race in Melbourne. Thirty 30 mini dachshunds, 6 standard dachshunds and 18 dachshund puppies all competed for first place and for Best Dressed Dachshund during the annual Oktoberfest celebration.
