Rutler and Aguilera were arrested early in the morning on March 1 after Rutler's car was observed weaving erratically in traffic. He was charged with DUI and released on $5000 bail. Aguilera was charged with public intoxication and released when she able to take care of herself, an L.A. County Sheriff's spokesman said.
