From the Dalai Lama to Justin Bieber, President Barack Obama to astronauts in space - everyone is taking selfies these days.

"Game of Thrones" star Maisie Williams ran into Daniel Radcliffe while at Entertainment Weekly's Comic-Con party in San Diego in July 2015. Also in the pic? "Doctor Who's" Jenna Coleman and "Game of Thrones" star Hannah Murray. Williams posted this pic to Instagram along with the caption: "I think this photo is gonna make the world implode. Last night was really great #sdcc2015."

The word selfie is on a list of among those words selected for elimination in Michigan's Lake Superior State University's 39th annual batch of words to banish due to overuse, over reliance and overall fatigue. Others include "twerking," "Mr. Mom" and "on steroids."
