As part of the In Perfomance series, music legends and contemporary major artists have been invited to perform at the White House for a celebration of Blues music and in recognition of Black History Month. The program featured performances by B.B. King, Troy "Trombone Shorty" Andrews, Gary Clark, Jr., Mick Jagger and Derek Trucks, with Taraji P. Henson as the program host and Booker T. Jones as music director and band leader.
